God, in the fire of His jealousy, will consume the earth. He is a jealous God. Envy is wanting what belongs to someone else. Jealousy is wanting what belongs to you but someone else has.

The earth is the Lord’s. We are His creation. All of creation is His creation! He fashioned each heart, formed each person in the womb.

God loves people. God loves His people. He will remove those who have rejected Him and who are hurting His children.

He is going to remove the proud.

The humble and lowly, those who look to God instead of looking to themselves, will be saved. They will have refuge, protection, shelter from God.

There will be judgment. The nations will be judged. Israel will be saved. Believers are grafted into Israel. There will be believers from every nation, tribe, and tongue.

One of the promises of that day, when judgment is complete and Jesus is king on earth, is that judgments will be removed. Enemies will be removed. God will remove our oppression.

There is a promise of one language so that we will all serve with one accord. We’re going to understand each other and be in agreement. We’ll be in agreement that Jesus is Lord and King and worthy of our worship!

There will be rejoicing in that day. We will rejoice and exult with all our heart. Our enemies (not people) will be gone. Our oppressors will be gone and there will be nothing to make us afraid.

The Lord will be rejoicing too. He will be rejoicing over His free and rejoicing people. His love will quiet us. Perfect love casts out fear. Fear will be gone. We will know only love. And the Lord will exult as well. He’ll exult over His people with loud singing.
