Acts 17:26-27 ESV

God chose for you this time and place. He chose it first so that you would seek Him. He knew the best way to draw you to Himself.

If you don’t live in His continual presence, if you can’t call, “Lord,” and He answers, “Here I am” (Is. 58), then seek Him until you find His life in the secret place, abiding in His love, in His presence.

When you find Him, it’s not just so you can bask in His love. We are on a mission with a message.

…he commands all people everywhere to repent, because … he will judge the world in righteousness…

Every Christian needs to be on mission. The harvest is too great for a few workers.

How’s this for a verse for all God’s people to be raised up as disciplemakers?

May our sheep bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our fields…
