Zechariah 14:9a And the Lord will be king over all the earth.
Rev. 20:4 …those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
Believers are always marked for God. We’re marked one way or the other. Even back in the Old Testament we read about things being a sign for them on their hands and foreheads.
We are marked for God in so many ways. Every time we choose to reject the world’s ways and follow God’s ways, we are marking ourselves as belonging to our Heavenly Father. The mark is believing God’s word and showing it by obeying, by walking by the Spirit. We obey His word. If we don’t live by His word, then it shows we don’t believe it.
How are you marked for God? You live submitted to Jesus as your king. You believe. Trust and obey.
