December 13

Let your priests be clothed with righteousness, and let your saints shout for joy. Psalm 132:9

I learned still and quiet this year, but I also learned the joyful shout. I like to give a shout out to my great God when I am alone in the car. In the evenings, I celebrate His faithfulness throughout the day that has passed and sing and dance and clap the tambourine.

What have you learned this year? How have you grown in the Lord? This morning the Lord gave me my word and verse for the new year, which I hadn’t asked for yet, but maybe that got me thinking of wrapping up the year.

My word for this year had been “at My right hand.” He taught me about being seated in the heavenly places.

This year He continually lifted my head and brought my gaze back to Him. I let myself get beaten down with discouragement too often, but He kept rescuing me.

He has been so faithful, so good.

HE IS THE GREAT GOD!
