I haven’t been finding good music to use. I have written a couple of places about using songs but haven’t heard back. So, I’m trying something different. Maybe it doesn’t work. Let me know if it works, and I will do more. If it really doesn’t work, you can let me know and I can take it down.

You have to play the music for yourself because I didn’t get permission. I have linked the music. I do a countdown to push play. Or, just learn the simple routine and do it without watching me.

So, I kept it simple. Verses: step touch. Bridge: run. Chorus: I do lungy things:) 4 times and twist.
