Ephesians 1:5-6 NKJV having predestined us to adoption…, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.

Funny how people can read Ephesians 1 and not believe in predestination. One of the things that gets me so mad at the doctrine of man is how it keeps people from getting to know Jesus because it keeps them from seeking Truth. It makes people read the Bible with a bias so they only see the verses that support their position and allows them to ignore the ones that outright deny their position. All of God’s Word is true. Seek the Lord’s wisdom in how it all fits together and ask the Lord to open your eyes to how you read with bias. We can easily do it without realizing.

Repeatedly, the Lord has taken away all my books and sermons and all such props and had me learn from Him alone. He’s even gone so far as to take away my use of the computer for a time, leaving me only my hefty Strong’s Concordance to accompany my Bible study.
