One of the things that’s been interesting this year is seeing all these attacks as gifts from God. One of the things He’s done this year is show me His hand in things. I see Him at work everywhere. I see what He’s done or is doing and tell Him how perfect He is! He does all things well, but it’s still hard to always stay in the place of joy through it all.

One of the things that satan has specifically and repeatedly been attacking this year is in trying to get me to leave my church. I want to be wise to the devil’s ways and not fall for any tricks. And I want to be steadfast and persevere.

I wasn’t looking for a church when we first came to a service. But the Lord got me there and enticed me back. I think it took four weeks of receiving confirmations week after week during the service before I finally submitted to staying.
