Lesson 60 – Drawing and Painting
When your paper is the right shape, draw the outlines of everything in your landscape.
When you are finished drawing, look around your house for flat surfaces with interesting textures. Some things you might want to use are wood, cardboard, concrete, tiles, and carpets.
Choose one of the surfaces you found and put your paper on it. Shade the sky first, if there is sky in the picture you chose. I chose to use this wood for the sky because the texture it created on the paper looked like the clouds in the picture.
Next, put your paper on a different surface and shade a different part of your drawing. I used smooth cardboard for this moon.
Now, put your paper on a different textured surface and shade another part of your drawing.
