Do you want to be a blessing? Do you want to be a blessing to the whole world? We have another formula here. God tells us what we can do to achieve that outcome. We just have to obey His voice.

It starts with a personal blessing.

And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

We can stand firm, endure, make it through, and reach the finish line if we are obeying Jesus’ commands, if we live according to God’s way. But it’s not just about us. When you know you are standing on a firm foundation, it’s time to stop looking at yourself and how you are doing, and focus outward on bringing in others from the storm to be safe on the rock.
