20 Meter Endurance Dash
Measure out 20 meters, about 65.5 feet
Mark each end of 20 meters clearly.
They get 9 seconds to run it. Every 9 seconds call out, “Time.”
They need to count how many times they touch the 20-meter mark.
If they get to a line before time is called, they can stop and wait until time is called.
When time is called, they turn around and run back the other way.
Once they don’t make it to the line when time is called for the second time, the test is over.
Their score is how many “laps” they do, how many times they touched the line before time was called. They need a minimum of 10 laps.
